Introduction and Core Purpose

The Sirui CT-3204 Explorer Series Carbon Fiber Tripod paired with the CH-20 Gimbal Head is a specialized, rugged support system engineered specifically for outdoor, wildlife, and sports photographers who rely on heavy super-telephoto lenses.

Exceptional Weight Capacity

Built to handle demanding professional gear, the tripod legs support up to 55.1 pounds (25 kg), while the CH-20 gimbal head safely accommodates setups weighing up to 44.1 pounds (20 kg).

Smooth Telephoto Tracking

The CH-20 carbon fiber gimbal head is designed to balance large telephoto lenses, providing a weightless, fluid-free-floating movement ideal for tracking fast-moving subjects like birds in flight or sports action.

Lightweight Carbon Fiber Design

The system utilizes lightweight 4-section carbon fiber leg tubes finished in a distinctive outdoor camouflage pattern, making it durable against the elements while remaining portable for field work.

Rapid Leveling System

An integrated leveling bowl built into the tripod allows for up to 15 degrees of quick adjustment, letting you instantly level your horizon on uneven terrain without fiddling with individual leg locks.

Height and Portability

The tripod extends to a maximum working height of 59 inches, offering an ergonomic viewing level while maintaining a compact folded footprint for easy transport in the field.

Terrain Adaptability and Accessories

To ensure maximum stability in any environment, the legs feature interchangeable rubber feet and metal spikes, and the kit includes an Arca-type compatible 120mm quick-release plate.
